The conference is spread over three days. Two half-day sessions, an afternoon dedicated to playing golf and one full-day session followed by the conference closing dinner. Delegates are invited to attend a reception on the opening evening hosted by The Captain of The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. The reception is held in the world-famous clubhouse overlooking the Old Course after a conference photograph on the steps outside. All transfers in St Andrews are provided.

Delegates are asked to register on arrival at Fairmont St Andrews between 14:00 to 17:00 on Monday 24 April or from 09:00 until the start of the conference at 13:30 on Tuesday 25 April 2017.
